Why do I need to enter a Customs ID?

All American Eagle goods are imported from outside of Korea. A personal customer clearance code (PCCC) must be supplied to ensure your package clears customs. We do not use this information for any other purpose other than customs clearance.

Korean Citizens

Korean citizens can generate a PCCC  by visiting https://p.customs.go.kr and quoting details of your accredited certificate. Alternatively, you can obtain a PCCC within one to two business days by sending an email to the main Customs Office of the Administrative District listed on the website.

Non-Korean Citizens

You will be contacted by email after your transaction has been completed with a request for proof of Identification.

Are prices shown on site inclusive of Duties & Taxes?

Yes, all product pricing displayed on our website is inclusive of duties and taxes, meaning there are no extra charges. You can read all about Duties & Taxes here.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order once you have received your tracking number via email. To see tracking updates for your order, click the link in the email, or enter your tracking number in our tracking portal here.

Tracking updates may not be real time and can be subject to delays, dependent on the carrier!

Please note: your order confirmation number is not a tracking number and cannot be used to track your order. If, after 24 hours, you have not received your tracking number, please contact us.

Why is my order arriving in multiple packages?

It may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments, dependent on package weight and size. Shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for multiple packages in the same order.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a return. We gladly accept returns on products that are in the original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.

You may return an item if you have the invoice, the original price tag is securely attached, and there is no damage or wear/tear to the item. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day the package is mailed for refunds to be processed.

Generally, returns are refunded in the original payment method. Additionally, customized and customizable items are non-returnable. Also, we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.

We will keep you updated during the return process and send you an email when the process is complete.

To Return:

  1. Pack your items in the original packaging, if possible
  2. Request to return your items on the returns portal
  3. Print your return label and place on the package
  4. Return your package to your local post office, choose a postage option, and send it!

Please note, when returning an item, delivery shipping will not be refunded. Once we receive your returned item(s), you will be refunded only for the amount you paid for the merchandise and not the cost of the original shipping. If upon our receipt of your returned item(s), such item(s) is/are damaged due to your unreasonable handling, we may make a deduction from the reimbursement amount due to the item’s loss in value.

At this stage, we don’t offer online purchases to be returned in-store.

If you are returning an item due to a quality issue or it is a faulty product, we will refund the cost of basic shipping.
