If you're not completely happy with a purchase, it can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. For transactions with any loyalty benefits used, no refund would be accepted, customers can choose to exchange products at our stores only. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Merchandise must be returned in the region where purchased, with your original proof of purchase. If you don't have proof of purchase, you can exchange your item(s) for a different size.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags attached and hygienic liners in place for swimsuits. For sanitary reasons, all undies are not eligible for exchange and return.

Bulk buys are non-refundable

If there appears to be fraud or abuse, we may not accept your return.
